Hold on, as a plaque psoriasis sufferer I am well aware that the condition is often related to psychological condition, ever sufferer is unique and what may workd for some may not work for others. I suffer from depression and anxiety, which can spark off my psoriasis. I have found that applying tea tree oil is beneficial, whilst some others who have tried that have found no difference. The only thing which seems to be universally beneficial to all sufferers is daily oatmeal baths.

@gradeadouchebag I feel sorry for you man. I have it too, but in my case it's only bad on my legs. Try the diet and shake you can find on howtobeatpsoriasis(dot)com. Try Maria Threben's anti psoriasis tea too. You can do both at the same time. If you keep to it, it will help a lot! The steroids subscribed by the doctors aren't meant to cure psoriasis, and none of those treatments can be used longterm. This is the best help I found yet.
