@tickytacky110 i went from 85% to 10% of my skin covered in 45 days after 19yrs of this hell on a NO protein diet (NO flesh, dairy, eggs, legumes, nuts or grains; corn ok, 6 oz chicken or salmon ONCE a week ok, make steamed potatoes your main staple), spinach, 500mg fumaric acid from vrp, 200mg ibuprofen 90min before breakfast, 6000iu vitamin d with dinner, dr schulze's intestinal cleanse, magnesium bicarbonate in all water -- google recipe. doo-gro & pure glycerin are great topicals. good luck!

Ive used a steriod foam that I rebound from so bad that my moderate/severe scalp psoriasis ends up worse than ever when i take a break from it. I figured Id give this stuff a shot, and was actually pretty surprised how much my scales have cleared.It's NOT a cure, but it's given me a lot of relief. It does leave my hair super greasy, so I disagree with Maryann that you can put it on and go about your day. I put it on at night and wear a shower cap to bed then rinse it out in the morning.

When I went to Morocco on holiday a dear old Moroccan woman told me to use argan oil for my psoriasis. It was the last day of the holiday so I didn't have time to purchase it there. I wasn't sure at first but I eventually plucked up the courage and bought PureArgan Skin by Mama Nature online. Well this has been marvellous and the improvement to my skin is truly outstanding. If she was here I would give her a big hug. I would recommend this to any psoriasis sufferer.

I got injected w 1and half ML of TRILOG 0r KENlog twice in 1 week.It cleared 95%of my psoriasis.then the rest was cleared with Clobetasol.TRLOG injections r used for pain due to swelling.U can go 2 most Family practice clinics & thyl have it.I was only given creams for 8yrs & never cleared my condition cuz i would drink n smoke eat bad etc.but this was lika miracle.I had all my legs covered by psoriasis & patches everywhere.I felt lika leper.didnt clear 100%cuz i still drank n smokd.Works

@MelvinMechanicalEngg Breathing exercises is a great idea. Psoriasis can actually be caused by stress too, making it hard for it to go away when you are treating it. So that is actually a good idea. I'm gonna try that a few times a day. Thanks for the tip.

THERE IS NO CURE ...
THERE IS NO CURE FOR PSORIASIS AS YET. What works for 1 person may not work for another. Plus it isn't all about Diet either, food are triggers, thats all

yes but I did not use it on my scalp on my scalp I use Betamethasone Scalp lotion its a liquid that smells like alcahol and does not leave it greasey works miracles if you dont have insurance it only cost $18.99 and last about a month

Guys, it's all about diet seriously. Don't waste your money, just live right. There's plenty of information about cures based on diet to be found online. I've begun following the Paleo diet and my psoriasis on elbows and knees is becoming a lot less red and a lot less flaky. There has been a lot of research into what causes psoriasis though the fundamental cause is still not known, diet has been found to be far more important than previously thought. Look it up, and good luck!
